    Kenpom - OppD

    I believe the AdjO is the calculation of how many points we'd score in 100 possessions at the rate we score during games. We'd score more than any other team. The AdjD is the number of points we'd allow our opponents to score in 100 possessions at the rate they have scored against us this season.

    Game of Thrones series is excellent. Isaac Asimov's Foundation trilogy is exceptional SciFi Jo Nesbo or Henning Mankell books for Mystery. Bourne series by Ludlum for thriller. Bourne Identity is the first. Hamilton or any other Ron Chernow biography.

    I've used both Uber & Lyst and, franky, prefer Lyst. Both were far better than taxi.

    Monte Morris/NBA Talk: Wait at least another year

    John Stockton was 6'1" 175 lbs. Rajon Rondo is 6'1" 186 lbs. Both virtually the same as Monte'. If he proves he can guard and score he should get a good shot at making it.

    I agree with most of what you say, but would defend Monte' in one regard. When you shoot as poorly as the team did, it's hard to get assists. If we'd shot a normal % he'd probably have had a decent # of assists.

    18 second shot clock - give Fred what he wants!

    Actually, I think it would give us a big boost in scoring. Our shooting skills would keep our shooting % up and we'd have @ 32% more possessions to score. We'd average 100+/game. Add our now deep bench and we'd have less deep teams exhausted by 1/2 time. I suspect they'd have to add another team...

    You don't make All American and Big 12 POY on the basis of clean-ups and dump-offs. Maybe a lot of plays weren't run "thru" Mel, but many, many, many were run FOR Mel, because he was so good at getting in a position to catch and finish. His contribution to the team should not be so quickly...
