The Tick (animated). Funniest show on TV, at least for my twisted sense of humor. I imagine being part of Saturday morning cartoons kinda killed it. It would have done better on Comedy Central or someplace like that. -

Hybrid v. Non-hybrid cost discussion
I agree with you. In general it takes almost the life of a car to get back the cost difference in buying a hybrid. I drive a hybrid and it's not because it made financial sense. I was willing to pay extra for being a little more green. -

Damn. I can't imagine what it was like watching that and not knowing what was coming. Although, the anticipation through the whole episode was killing me. Certainly an action packed episode. Only one left and then the long wait begins (though I'll be $18/month richer). -

Friday OT: Best Show You've Ever Seen at an ISU-related Venue
By Venue: Out of the stadium shows I went to (Rolling Stones 2x, McCartney, Joel/John), Pink Floyd was by far the best. Smashing Pumpkins and Garbage in Hilton was pretty good, too. Ozzy and Korn was up there, as well. I didn't get to C.Y. Stephens much, but Hootie opening for Big Head Todd...
