    That's pretty cool, nice to see us utilizing a player that didn't receive much (or any) playing time before. I wonder if Rhoads asked him to come back this year just to play fullback. Would be a really neat story to see him come in and make some noise.

    This is absolutely not true. Posters on here have provided multiple examples of coaches that have had very similar results as Rhoads has had before turning their programs around, yet you keep rejecting them because they're not the EXACT same results. I'm not saying Rhoads is going to turn us...

    Great article that sums up what a lot of us have been trying to say. There's no crazy conspiracy going on, but calls are not being made correctly and an unusual proportion of these seem to be going against Iowa State at the most critical moments. Like Pollard said; something has to be done.

    Very true, he kind of put them in a bind. Possibly why they're taking a little longer than usual to issue the penalty; this move needs to be seriously calculated by B12 administration.

    Didn't David Cutliffe have a couple pretty bad seasons in the middle of his current tenure at Duke? Obviously he has a much more established résumé than Rhoads, but I just don't think it's that rare for a coach to have down years like this.

    Yup, they made the tourney. Barely, and because of a new expansion, but they did make it. I don't get why that's so difficult for our fan base to accept, it does not affect us at all.

    Crazy idea, but maybe we could show support for our coaches to motivate them as well. Or keep calling for heads, whatever helps you sleep at night.
