After talking to someone at ISU, it sounds like that might be the only lot fixed due to all the construction equipment for the SPC project tearing it up.
For tents and in the winter, an ice fishing tent is also a great way to go. I've used a friends 8 man a couple times and we're in t-shirts when it was freezing out.
Yeah I worked at the Dairy for a while. That's composted material not just from the Dairy but all farms and some of food service then amended with other soil as it was to acidic alone.
In the article, it says Ben took a new job in Wisconsin. Guessing it didn't work with his schedule to travel down and spend extra time working each game.
I'm guessing the soil is from the compost facility and is a mix of top soil and compost. I know they've used that in the past for projects and is very dark like that.

A buddy and I talked to him at the Cyclone Recruiting roundup, whatever it was where they introduced the new recruits a couple years ago. He had some great stories about Johnny, Huggs and other coaches. I would love to pick his brain again sometime.
On the posters, they won't be having them this year. Sounds like most are given out during the tour and fair so to save cost, they are doing more digital.
Did anyone else RSVP for the Tailgate Tour and get a quick Facetime with Pollard on the Loop app? It seems like he must be doing a lot of them because they were from 3:15 - 4:45 and only got about 90 seconds with the app. Was pretty cool all the same.
