    3A football re-allignment

    Humboldt was 3A State Champs in 2006 with the Tyler Nielsen group. They dropped down to 2A for the past two years and are now back up. Not many athletes coming through any more.

    You gotta remember, being on the radar and legitimate interest are two different things. Anyone that puts up good numbers in HS or AAU is going to get a letter. The programs needs, how the player would fit with the program and a talent evaluation (high ceiling, still growing into body...etc)...

    Rutter is a player development guy. He does most of the small group work allowed in the spring and fall. In regards to the number of suits, some guys are doing scheduling of games, hotels, travel, and finding recruiting targets for future reference. How do you think we find guys for the 2012...

    Both JUCOs. Wilkins has 3 to play. He is a 4 man from Southeastern CC in Iowa. Pretty well skilled. Clyburn is a wing player from Marshaltown CC. High School teammate of Buckley. Pretty athletic. Watched both at the JUCO Jam last fall. Didn't get to see Wilkins play as much as I was looking at...
