    Key play to the game IMO

    2nd and goal from the three. Hand off to the power back and try to run off tackle. Lose yards. Brings third and goal from the 8 and eventual FG. You have three downs to pound out three yards and can't get it done. Very disappointing.

    ISU & Iowa basketball programs going forward

    What I don't understand is Iowa fans saying they had such a terrible program after Alford left. That maybe, but Hoiberg inherited a program with even less. He had to do the transfer route just to fill the damn roster. Both sides are happy with their coach. We should leave it at that.
