Covid? Or injuries?
They just lost a player to an ACL tear. It's amazing that a WBB team (15 scholarships) doesn't have enough players to field a team, although I'm not sure what the minimum is. Maybe 7?
Seems strange - they have 14 on their roster and 12 that have played in games this year. Not sure how 2 injuries (Prince / Owens) stops them from playing.
They even had ten players play against Houston on Saturday. One was Owens, who tore her ACL in the game, but that still leaves 9. They must have other injuries or illness going on this week.
There are a lot of illnesses going around. Influenza A, Covid, RSV, etc.
You guys probably can get a refund or exchange for another game (guessing)

I think the rule for available player counting is only for scholarship players - I do not think walk ons count.

I seem to remember Oklahoma playing several games with only 6 or 7 players available near the end of Sherri Coale's tenure.

It stinks that ISU loses a home game for this. Now our next 3 games are all on the road.
