I have some remaining rooms at the SpringHill Suites 1/2 mile from Beale that I'm going to turn loose tomorrow but wanted to throw it out there one last time for anyone still looking since they won't be this price when they make them available again.

Dates: 12/27-12/30
Rate works out to $139/night

This is a great deal. I also saw it before they raised the price and grabbed it for myself. Probably 1/2 to 1/3 of the cost of any other hotel near Beale Street. @thisISnextyear is awesome for grabbing extra rooms to make them available to Cyclone fans.

I was able to book this hotel too before the price went up. Hope to see lots of ISU fans!

We're staying at the Hilton Garden Inn on Union Ave, just a few blocks from Beale. We didn't get in early but splitting the cost of two rooms makes it palatable. Rooms were going while we were booking, and it appears that other hotels around there are sold out so it looks like we'll have a great showing for Iowa State!

The block and this nightly rate was for 3 nights. 2 nights looks like it’s about $70 less than 3 since the night rate goes up.
