Do people ever give to the organ awareness fund in Iowa?

No but have donor and yes on ID and have reiterated that with wife.

Same. I could donate blood more often though. Years of plasma donating kinda messes with that
So if I donate organs in my county there is a 75% chance they will go to a Trumper. I say (like the old joke) this is one g** d*** canoe that won"t float.

On a serious note, no. We give a lot to charity but do it all through United Way. There are so many things that need funds and ask for money, it's easier to give it to them to decide how best to allocate it. I do have a set portion specially earmarked.
I would give blood but when you're on 26 meds, they don't accept you.
