Jackson Paveletzke, Omaha Biliew, and Milan Momcilovic invited to USA Basketball training camp next month.

Iowa State has the most players (3) invited of any school. Great opportunity for our young guys! Also pretty cool TJ will be able to attend the camp as an on-court coach.

35 players from the 2022, 2023, 2024 class are invited to the training camp in Colorado Springs taking place June 11th-13th. 12 make the U19 USA team that will travel to compete in the U19 World Cup June 24th - July 2nd in Debrecen, Hungary.

Looks like the camp starts today. I am looking forward to the updates on how the three do. Looked at the roster and they have Milan at 6’9.’ Wonder if he is still growing some? Josh Dix is listed as 6’7’ and I didn’t realize he is still 18. He graduated young!

How and why is Dix included in that group??

Is there any way one could take in a practice at the Olympic Training Center? Doubtful, but it'd be great to support the Cyclones locally (here in COS).

Curious as well. He averaged 2 points a game and was not a top 150 recruit. Kind of out of place.

Just another deserving and able player that sat behind Conner and Patrick.

Also, not a lot of sophomores are young enough to qualify, and he is an able shooter who has experienced a year of college practice and P5 games. That’s a lot more that any high quality incoming freshman can say. Plus they need practice bodies with a pulse.

Are there official measurements taken at training camp listed anywhere?

Whether he deserves it or not is a fair question to ask, but I do think he'll end up being a pretty decent 4-year player for the Hawks.

Another fabled offseason height gain for a hawk basketball player...LOL, the kid was recruited at 6'4'' wasn't he? I mean, it wouldn't be impossible, but wasn't hawk media trying to tell us Payton Sandfort had grown to 6'9'' last offseason, too?

I'm excited for all these new guys, but Milan is probably who I'm most looking forward to. I'm sure there will be a learning curve to Big 12 play, but it will be so nice to have a guy again where you expect 3's to go in when he shoots it.

Likely a good chance for them to at leadt play against some new/good competition.

Just the roster. I am not sure these are official measurements or not.
