I tend to vote 'no' on this since a pro career is so much different than college whether it be fit, role on the team, etc and some don't even 'blossom' until they get to the pros.

Aside, I think I do tend to factor in impact on the program and for that alone, David Montgomery would be in the Top 15 if not the Top 10.
