Power 5 and Federal Legislation

On3 has an interesting article about legislation that the Power 5 conferences are going after.
They talk about must haves and what they can bargain on. One interesting idea is the big
conferences would give money to smaller conferences. They don’t want athletes to be considered
employees of the schools.
