back strains are tough deal, they can linger for a long time. you can think you are better, but then go out and try and do something like play basketball, you can aggravate it and make it worse. Speculation on my part, but I think he is out for awhile

Aside from his O, Grill has been a pretty nasty perimeter defender as well. He does a lot for the team. Hopefully someone can step up into that role. Tough with him and Jaz both out.
