"Our northern brethren are starting their chirping early anticipating getting the screw at AFH. These dudes have some long memories but are entering the fray optimistically and thinking they must outscore us by 10 to beat the refs and us."

"Iowa State fans believe they are perennial Top 25 basketball program..."

"Suck it clones. We smashing you like Eustachy smashed Natty lites at Frat parties.
PS. Need to bring back Wayne Morgan"

*Just skimming the first few pages it's pretty tame overall, IMO. They do maintain ISU gets better treatment from Big 12 refs than they do, and they have PROOF. There's a chart!... You be the judge.

Yeah that chart was from 2012, I think. You know, when Hoiberg's teams weren't playing defense? Teams playing defense are generally going to have more fouls called on them than the team that isn't playing defense.

KU BB fans rank right up there with Hawkeye and Nebraska fans. F them and I hope they lose every game they play. KU BB fans are such an entitled fan base as they have no clue what a "bad" season really is. Hell some of them probably weren't even born yet the last time they missed the tournament and that was because of a postseason ban after Larry Brown had some recruiting violations.

Would love to get a stretch like we had when Collison and Hinrich went 0-4 against ISU before they were able to get a win against ISU. Wonder how many schools besides ISU has had back to back wins at the Phog like Eustachy's team did as would love to do that again to them and watch their smug fanbase go into meltdown mode over it. Hoping some time in my lifetime I get to see KU miss the NCAA tournament to watch the **** show that would ensue.

Was just looking at the season stats for KU - they are the least deep and smallest KU team I've seen in a while.

Their bench basically only consists of Pettiford and Yesufu, who play ~10-12 minutes per game. The have a couple "project" bigs that may play a couple minutes here and there, but don't really do anything

The starters go 6'1", 6'6", 6'8", 6'8", 6'7" - but they haven't really had any rebounding issues. I think we could have success pounding the ball into Shoon and Rob, if they are careful with the ball

I'll have to adjust the sound settings on my TV tomorrow. Every time I watch a KU game at the Phog, it sounds like their fans are booing obnoxously throughout the game. However, their fans tell me they dont boo so it has to be my TV.

lol I was about to reply about them calling us the “Boo Birds”, then I decided to finish reading your whole post first.

Side not I remember early in Fred’s coaching career, their nick name for us was “The Euro Ballers”. Another random one I remember is them always calling McKay “Brittney Griner”

The couple times I've watched them it certainly doesn't look like a traditional KU team that has a couple centers that can really cause a lot of issues inside.
