Doing well in conference will always be more important that beating the Hawks.

Winning in the Big Xii and Going to Bowl Games is definitely more important than beating Iowa. Of course, doing all 3 in the same year is the best!
None of the above. I want to beat the Hawks, finish top 3 of conference, go to bowl game, and flush all the Busch Lite in the world down the toilet.
I don’t care at all about Iowa. It’s a rivalry but has near zero effect on the success of Iowa State’s season.
I care about our competitiveness in conference. Something, until this year, we have been great at under Campbell. Bowl games are fun and I hope ISU goes to one every year. But that’s not the goal for me as a fan. As Campbell said, I want to see us competing in the top half of the conference fighting for a spot in the Big 12 championship game.

This poll sucks. Just want to cheer for football that can consistently win 7-9 games a year with the occasional 6 win season as a floor. I want to cheer for competent offense and special teams
I would take this record with a young team that looks better and better throughout the season.
2016 started as a disaster but there were at least glimpses of improvement.
Yeah, and I feel like as young as this team is, what is it gonna look like next year? No McDonald, no Johnson, no Vance, no Hutchinson. Easily the top 4 players on this team in terms of production. Players might be older next year, but the players with the most production this year are all leaving.
There's elements of the 2005 season in there except that team had plenty of experience.
There's a touch of feel of another sport with another coach but I don't want to go there and it's pretty hyperbolesque.
I’d happily give back the Hawkeye win for three more conference wins this year.

I remember criner, a very tiny of Duncan. I got used to being beat down. Why I just want the Oline improved and see what that does
I’m a play to our ability fan. I was a ball boy for Iowa State in the 80’s and have seen the lowest of lowes. So I just want us to compete and quit doing stupid crap
