I believe so. Since ESPN+ likes to buffer, I often end up watching plays again.

That's usually the case with anything on ESPN Plus. Since its subscription service funding it you can rewind and fast forward even when it's live.

I don’t think you can “start from beginning” you’ll open it, it will be live and then have to rewind.
