I’d heard he made the decision to cut down after Swiderski came into the room. Hopefully he can make the cut in a healthy way. That gives us some great competition at that weight.

A committed Redding with proper weight management at 133 would be the best thing for the Iowa State lineup. I think he has a higher ceiling than Ramazan does. However, if he struggles with weight management, Ramazan is a great option #2 (and iron sharpens iron)

Excited to see the growth from Julien. If he has developed a go to shot from neutral, that can open up a lot of his throws. He sounds like he has matured a lot in his interview with Cody too. Similar to 133, I think Julien has a higher ceiling than Joel Devine, but Joel is a great #2 option to have
