Nebraska is going to have a Rhabdo situation aren't they?

If the season goes well, you won't hear any complaints from most of the players. If it doesn't, I think the transfer portal will be exceptionally busy.

So the transfer portal will be exceptionally busy, got it.

yeah, I think Frost is a pretty bad coach, both in terms of gameday coaching and in terms of building a team.

Is Thompson a good quarterback? I saw him play pretty well at Texas at times, yet Texas wasn't all that good either.

Guess we'll find out if they've assembled enough talent to overcome the bad coaching. I think it'll be a thoroughly mediocre season but we'll see.

They massively upgraded at QB, but won't matter much if their line still sucks.

Unsure if you're talking about Texas or Nebraska here. :chris:

I think their OC hire was a good move but Frost is BAD

Nothing like killing your guys right before the season starts
Which school was it that made their players do the Oklahoma drill (two players smashing head-to-head until one falls) in pre-game? Was that Rutgers under Schiano?

I just remember thinking how horrible of an idea that was. Have your players exhaust themselves right before the game.

I'm not sure which coach that was but it's definitely not a good idea

It's either happening or it's not.

If it is happening, Frost is a completely inept coach and will burn his team out before they get to conference play. Running your program that way does not make the players tougher, stronger, or better. If something like this happened during off season conditioning drills, it would be a good indication that you need to dial things back a notch. If it's happening in fall practice, it means you didn't do enough in the offseason conditioning and need to dial things back, or you're running the players too hard and need to dial things back.

If it's not happening, he's just putting stuff out there to appease that out of touch morons who think they're hardasses and their team should be too. That's not a good look for the coach or the program, but is absolutely indicative of one that's entirely lost touch with what it takes to run a program efficiently and effectively. There's no planet where this is something to brag about.
