Individual Home Game Tickets

Not on sale yet. Guess they are still trying to sell as many season tickets as possible but would think they would put single game tickets on-sale fairly soon now.

"AMES, Iowa – Three-game mini packs and single-game tickets for the 2022 Iowa State football season will go on presale for donors and football season-ticket holders starting Tuesday, August 9. All season-ticket holders and Cyclone Club members will receive an email with more detailed information. The general public can purchase tickets starting Monday, August 15, at 10 a.m."

Was looking at what was available for the Home Opener and still a pretty decent amount of tickets left yet.

Yes we are.

No update from the AD
Reduced ticket prices
Costco ticket sales
Mini-Packs for sale

These are all signs of poor ticket sales.

Buyers remorse after the over-hype last season?

I know everyone's decision to buy tickets is individual, but on the whole what other explanation could there be?

For my part (out of state) I'll be going to the same number of games as last year (1 home, 1 away) with the chance at making it to a second late-season game.

No UNI, No Iowa. No Texas.

Oklahoma originally being released as a Thursday night probably hurt as well for people that aren't really tuned in and more casual.

Think there is a few reasons:
1. Like you said the not met expectations from last year/lower expectations for this season. I guess we can call it like it is some of the bandwagon fans jumped off.
2. There were increased donation requirements which probably caused some not to renew.
3. We may dislike them but having Iowa and/or UNI as a home game definitely helps sales. Host neither this year.

Just my two cents but those tickets are a tad steep for a really bad SEMO team. For the single game purchaser, there are better games to choose from. With that being said, I suspect a lot of tix will get sold between now and next Saturday.

This may not apply to everyone on this board but the huge increase in cost of living is definitely affecting myself and others who have a few hour drive to get to a game.
