If you are arriving in the 90 minutes before kickoff reasonably often get the lots around Hilton. If you tailgate most every week I’d just go as close to Trice as you can get. Beyond that the only other major factor for me would be knowing people in different lots.
It also depends on how much stuff you are setting up. If you have a canopy, table(s), grill, etc... then go for a lot that has lots of grass to back up to. If it's less stuff that does not require lots of room, you can park pretty much anywhere.
C1/2, B1, maybe the D's if they are available. C1/2 and B1 are going to be easier to exit, but also furthest away. Just depends on overall preference.
Surprised that A2 still has space available. The marching band "step show" is pretty cool. Plus you have access to the Alumni Building.
If you look at the parking lot on google maps, switch to satellite view and zoom in, you can see the grass areas between each section. Be sure to note where the grass area is actually a ditch. D3 has some nice grass areas to the east of the lot - but closer to University Ave. So depends if you have kids and want them close to a busy road.
