Greetings all.

With the surge in gas prices, I have been considering getting an electric scooter to buzz around town on vs my gas guzzling diesel truck. Anyone have any recommendations? I have been looking at the new Segway GT series, but man those are expensive.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks

If I come up on you on Boyson or C Ave expect a bump draft.

I old but my god 43 is ongodly fast on a scooter. I've rented a ton of Limes, Bird, etc and I don't think any of them went over 20mph. My Meepo skateboard doesn't even go 25.
If I was going to spend that much for a Segway, I'd just buy a Ruckus or something similar.

I don't mean to get personal - but - how much do you weigh? Many electric scooters have weight limits around 200-220

Check with Hok athletes. They have a lot of experience with scooters....
