What if Drake wins the MVC tournament, & UNI still gets in for winning the conference. Has it ever happened before where all 4 Iowa teams make the tournament?

There has never been a year with both UNI and Drake making the NCAA tournament, let alone all four state schools.

Drake has only made the tournament five times… 1969, 70, 71, 2008, 2021

UNI has been there eight times. 1990, 2004, 05, 06, 09, 10, 15, and 2016.

Not necessarily. Belmont and Murray State generally are in the discussion for at-large bids every year. One of them could have a 26-5 type season then lose in the MVC tourney.
