The bullet went through a wall, so maybe they are saying it wasn’t built right or something. Seems like a stretch to me, but they’re probably casting a wide net.

That's the #1 rule of suing. You include everyone in a lawsuit.

Was hoping it wasnt DeVries as bad as he wanted the job, seems like he really wants to be there and I hope hes of higher character than to tell a kid to lie about shooting.
