Appeals court upholds ruling, colleges can pay for all athletes expenses

Ruling says that colleges can pay for all expenses related to education and NCAA can't stop that because it is a violation of anti-trust laws. I am guessing this could go to the Supreme Court.NCAA has been losing cases recently.
