Well his new boss is Walt Anderson who used to be the head of officials for the Big 12 so it's no surprise that he went to one of his former officials. I was not a fan of Walt "pointless apology letter" Anderson's tenure at the Big 12.

Ed's had his share of blunders. One sticks because Denver benefited from his gaffe against the chargers.

I actually think this sucks. I thought his crew was one of the better ones the last few years, as far as Big12 goes. They sometimes didn't call enough IMO, but some of the other crews had way more crazy stuff than his.

The problem with B12 refs is consistency. They dont have it. I watch a lot of college football and its extremely obvious.

Some turnover at the referee position in the BigXII is much needed. I'm very happy with this and hope more go with them. And I hope the conference gets more refs that don't have a "southern accent".
