I've worked on many multi millionaire dollar homes. That one is ******* weird. What the hell is going on with the hard wood floor under the pool table?! Is that supposed to be chalk from all the pool they've been playing or just extra cocaine that they don't care to clean because they have so much?

I once worked on a farm house, with three families living in it. They were extremely religious, home schooled, propaganda on every wall. They had this young kid follow us around the whole time. He was supposedly helping their cousin move or something. Dude walked around with a 45 in his wallet pocket all day. Who the hell wears a 45 while they are moving?
The picture in the front entry says IfYouSeeKay but with less letters. And there is a statue with a huge erection just below it. I like the colors. Mrs. Phil is kinda hot.
What's sad is I think the value of the house suffered because of it. 5.7 million doesn't get you anywhere close to the elaborate finishes that are in that house, vs South Florida, whether you think they look good or not, and that's in Beverly Hills. Hell I worked on a house where the quarter acre lot was 4.5 mil. I would think property value is about the same if not higher in LA.
ive been to Balboa Island in Orange county where the land price was like 2.5 mil for a small 45'x60 piece of land alone.
