I'll bet Mrs CW finally has a handle on the laundry problems they were having....
He told it on a podcast with Blum at one point.

CW's family has a history of colorectal problems, up to and including cancer. He received the advice of a physician to take a fiber supplement because of this.
He tried to do that... But he bought a laxative by mistake.
And proceeded to take it for a year until his wife realized his blunder.

Don’t ruin the moment. We still need to hear the man, the myth , the legend @ChrisMWilliams on this.
I would have to think one’s system could be really screwed up after that. That would have to lead to dependence?
Maybe he was like an old roommate of mine who would eat a pound of cheese in a setting, the daily laxative would have helped in that situation.
I don’t get how after a month or two of shitting water you don’t go and try to figure something out.

He talked about this a couple years ago on the FAWcast. I'm more interested in knowing why the FAWcast really shut down than why Chris took a laxative for over a year
On another note, does anyone still listen to the Charter podcast? I haven’t since the FAW was discontinued
As a man who regularly supplements with fiber, at my age good pooops are the best.
I enjoyed the FAW. Charter has done a few FAW-like pods with Ross Peterson, and those are pretty good. The weekly sports betting ones don’t do anything for me, but YMMV if that’s something that you find interesting.
