MENSA on signing day

Well, apparently he has heard the word.

I've come to the conclusion that Herman is trying to live that Charlie Strong buyout life and is wanting to get run.

Love the commentator saying something about him "having a different level of dedication to his craft" once he came to Texas at the same time as he is giving the double birds.

Haha, he saw the camera turn on a little too late and tries to hide the birds quickly. We've always suspected that the coaches really have to dislike the LHN if for nothing more than the demand they must have to fill programming. And if anything goes sideways (like this year) then I'm sure this gets amplified.

As we have known for a long time, the MensaMan is his own worst enemy. What an idiot.

There is some small price to pay for having unlimited resources.

Can't imagine that antics like that go over very well in Austin, especially after a 7-5 season.

What do you really think was happening? I think he was imagining folks who doubted he could recruit well at Texas. Or talking about a particular signee that they got after a particularly vigorous recruitment battle. Not unlike Coach Rhoads after Lazard signed, except without the birds.

Or maybe they were reacting to something that was on TV (delayed a few seconds) right before them.

I wonder if Coach Golesh will make some sort of joke about it tonight. He often comes up with some great lines at the Cyning Day events. "Coach Herman found a solution to the Horns Up/Down controversy."
