Where is the letter of apology from the University of Iowa

The president of the University of Iowa should require that the band director take responsibility for their actions that contributed to the issues after the Cy-Hawk game.

1.0 The band was instructed to stay off of the football field. Video evidence clearly shows the band forming their group and marching across the field. Very disrespectful to the host school.

2.0 The band was instructed to exit the stadium through the east gate. Video evidence clearly shows the band exiting through the west gate. Very disrespectful to the host school.

3.0 When the band reached the crowded exit street, video evidence clearly shows that the band pushed/marched into the crowd instead of waiting for an opening or for the crowd to clear. The band instigated the problem with the crowd by pushing their way through the crowd.

I believe that the band director should apologize to both schools for the actions of the UofI band which damaged the reputation of both schools.

I completely agree but it's far more likely they will say something publicly about it that makes them look even worse, which is also ok with me.

Are we ever going to get a statement from the band director at Iowa on why he decided to ignore his instructions from ISU to go out the east gate. The same gate that the ISU band, and Iowa football team left the stadium, instead marches the band over to the west gate, and then when they get there and see the crowd, that is shoulder to shoulder. Why he decides to start playing the Iowa fight song, and march his band right into the crowd.

Why did the Iowa band not wait until the crowd had thinned out or marched them back over to the east gate and go out that way?
