Hy-Vee's weirdest business decision yet?
I've never needed to have someone come over to a self-checkout station at Aldi. Somehow, they can even do booze age confirmation remotely. Their self-checkout is the fastest in town. And the multiple bar codes on packages make scanning so much faster. -

I am a morning person. I realized when we had kids is I could have some peace and quiet before they got up. Now that I am retired, I still wake up around 5:00 am every day. -

80's, 90's Kids Were Lied To All Along
I had a teacher tell us not to take typing because if an employer knows you can type, they'll make you do it. Kind of put me at disadvantage working 40 years in IT! -

Crazy Stuff Your Pooch Has Eaten
Our golden retriever used to eat socks and my wife's underwear and leave them nicely tapered in the yard. And one time, ate panty hose which stretched through her disgteaive system. That was a nice $1500 vet bill to tells us everything passed just fine. No surgery necessary. -
