    Jeremy was a beast. But, between the first and last drive the Hawks did a great job of shutting down LSU. If Iowa had a pulse on offense at all they would have had an honest shot. Got a ways to go imo.

    I agree on the offensive side. I really disagree on D though. Phil Parker has really done a lot since becoming the guy. We really didn't give up much all season. Even Wisconsin hadn't really done anything untill late in the fourth. A bunch of kids that weren't highly touted also shut LSU down...

    Great for him! 6 for Iowa, 2 for ISU, 1 Cincinnati, 1 NIU, 4 uncommited instaters with D-1 offers. Love it this instate class. 14 with D-1 offers and it isn't even July.

    I don't actually. Seems to start lower and end up around a class of 18-22 every year. I guess I could see Iowa going after one more. I think if we do it is a matter of getting David Edwards of Illinois to commit.

    I don't much about Good-Jones. I am from western Iowa and live in NE now. Definately excited about Waechter. Good-Jones was such an early offer I imagine PR like what he sees.

    I know Iowa offers aren't loved around here, but since we were talking about in-state talent Brett Waechter received an offer from Iowa according to his twitter. I imagine he commits soon which means Iowa is probably done on the O-line. I could see Good-Jones commiting to you guys....no inside...

    Yep, knew I was forgetting someone. I would love to see Allen get an offer from a Wyoming type school if he doesn't come away with an Iowa or ISU offer.

    Exactally my point! Hawkeye or Cyclone I think we can all agree it is awesome when ALL OUR BOYS get offers to play college ball. Love Iowa HS football. Hoping those you listed nab those offers.

    Iowa is taking one more OL recruit. A lot of the big offers are long shots, but Edwards the 6'6" athlete seems like a possiblity. If they fall through I could see one of them getting an offer.
