    The over-rated chant is almost as stupid as our fans flashing ‘horns down’ when we’re beating Tech by 20 Saturday. I would get a ‘guns down’ flash…but horns down?! What are we doing Cyclone fans? Let ‘em go- we already beat them and they are irrelevant. Completely irrelevant- keep them that way.

    Dear Coogs: Shead is a grown man- best player we’ve faced in a long time. No shame in us splitting 2 close games with an incredible team. Best hope you don’t see us in KC, you might be good, but you’re fixing’ to lose to us again if you do.

    Yes! I was at that game too- even though we were behind of lot of the game, you just knew we were going to win. How about all that NBA talent on our roster…wow! Deonte Burton- probably the best pure athlete I’ve ever seen in a Cyclone basketball jersey.

    We all had that game where it took us from just a fan to a full-fledged Cyclone. Mine was our win over Miami-Ohio. I was in 5th grade, my mom let me stay home from school so I could watch the game. Hornacek hit the shot at the end- I was hooked. We went on to beat a really good Michigan team...

    Best Iowa State point guard

    Dude- what a great memory to have under your belt! I think I was in high school and I remember watching it with my pop at our house. It was just one of those games that you finish it and you know why you’re a Cyclone.
