Like others have said, visit the monuments at night. The later the better. Went to Lincoln Memorial at 2 am. Only other person was a guard. Same for Jefferson Memorial I like a restaurant called Bullfeathers near the Senate offices. It mostly staff and interns. Most places have outside... -
