    Another Manning S^*T sandwich

Good point. No idea if Scheelhaase the guy, and there are a lot of sunshine-pumpers in the ISU media, so the hype around his abilities could be overblown. But what ISU is doing now on offense clearly isn't working, and the o-line has been a problem every year since Campbell got here. Would love...

    Another Manning S^*T sandwich

Tom Manning, where he won an offensive line coach of the year award in 2015 before coming to ISU. Guy can clearly coach the offensive line, but is in over his head running the entire offense. Hoping Campbell takes an honest evaluation this offseason, moves Manning to O-line, and either promotes...

CLAIMED: Two tickets for Oklahoma this Saturday

Gone already, enjoy the game all! __________________________________ Just received the athletic department email about the $29 ticket special for Oklahoma. I don't live in Iowa anymore, but still want to support ISU when I can. So I picked up a couple tickets in section Z and I'm offering them...

Angry Fran is the best Fran

Was just looking for this. Looks like it was a combo of TurdFerguson with the original photos+rating & Clone1138 with the graphic back in 2014. Thread here As an aside: people, you gotta watermark your creativity. I've seen this posted all over the web, with no credit to where it originally...

    Since it's Halloween...favorite scary/horror movies?

Telephone pole aftermath and mom in the attic.

    Since it's Halloween...favorite scary/horror movies?

Also John Carpenter's The Thing. Effects still hold up and look incredibly disgusting even 30 years after it was made, and the tension and paranoia of these guys trapped in a base in Antarctica, where both the environment and a shape-shifting monster are trying to kill them; really draws you in.

    Since it's Halloween...favorite scary/horror movies?

Hereditary. Stuck with me way longer than any other horror movie, in a deeply unsettling way. Also has two of the most horrifying images I've ever seen in a movie (if you've seen it, you know the ones I'm talking about)

    San Francisco/Santa Cruz/Monterey

Currently live in SF, formerly in Oakland, and wife is from Santa Cruz. If you're in Monterey, the Monterey Bay Aquarium is amazing (skip the San Francisco aquarium in Fisherman's Wharf, it's small and pretty crappy). Take a drive and hike around Pebble Beach; maybe the only toll road I've ever...

Two free tickets for TCU game this Saturday

Did the same thing for OK State in 2011, and that seemed to work out well, so let's see if we can go two-for-two. I'm giving away two free tickets (print at home, I'll email them to you) for the TCU game this Saturday. Ideally, these would go to someone who hasn't been to a game yet this year...

    Top 5 Beatles Albums

I think the two albums as a pair because they were released so close to one another (about 8-9 months apart), and have such a similar sound (more distorted guitars than we'd heard from The Beatles previously, experimenting with studio sounds, lyrics about a wider range of subjects). These were...
