I think he will be 6-7 after he beats Hart, and then hope to get 3-4 matches at the LCO versus other D1 guys (not on ISU's team obviously). 10-7 with some of his signature wins and a tough RPI might earn him a slot. Either way, he can steal one at conference. -

Agreed, Pitt is stingy and well-coached. They match up well with us. We should not overreact to a couple of tough duals on the road in early Feb. This is a long race, and peaking in March matters so much more. -

Welch's post history aside, this is a legit question. We had and currently have some hammers, but we have yet to bring in an RTC athlete to whup their butts. Guys need 3 types of practice partners: 1) guys that beat their ass, 2) guys they are kind of even with, and 3) guys they can build... -

Agreed. The risk/reward tradeoff in freestyle from neutral has guys more open and confident. Knowing you can risk an attack and give up a TD and not get ridden for 2 minutes with guy on top just running you out of bounds and dropping to a leg has these guys wrestling wide open. Plus you can... -
