Yea, the conference splits all bowl money after it covers the cost for each school to play in the bowl game. So basically, they split the profits. Texas Tech getting to 6 wins did add to the money pool, but a very small amount. Getting OU in the playoff and TCU in a NY6 would be A LOT more... -
