That’s correct. It cost me $15 but the original shovel was purchased on Amazon and they refunded me the money and let me keep it since it was missing a part so I was totally fine spending $15!- jakemcilroy

UPDATE (because I know everyone has been on pins and needles): Took it down to local Ace Hardware. We looked at one-hole straps, etc but then one of the workers was like, I have an idea. He came back 30 seconds later for $15 put this on there. It doesn't match but it fits perfectly. Thanks...- jakemcilroy
