    Loney get some props

    Loney is a class act! He had a lot to do with Iowa State's successful running backs. When Chizik says we currently have the best offensive line coach in the country, I think maybe second, not first. I wouldn't take any offensive line coach or coordinator over Loney.

    I am going and looking forward to it. I am disappointed that Bolt and McFarland are speaking at the same time. Bad move.

    burn 587, I agree. A lot of teams can get up for one game and play at a level higher than they really are. If Boise St. was in the Big 12, would they have been in a BCS game? Very doubtful.

    Chizik Hires two More Coaches

    Haven't heard anything about a running back coach, but I do know a good one available. Kirby Wilson (Mac's first running back coach) is excellent. He was on the staff at the Arizona Cardinals last season.

    I will of course support Chizik, but I'm not jumping up and down like most. He did well at Auburn and Texas- Great recruiting bases, so they have a lot of talent. How does that make him a good coach at ISU? Recruiting? Assistants are more responsible for recruiting than head coaches. No...
