    Dentist Suggestions

    Dr. Greg McCullough, just north of Ankeny High School. I went to high school with him and he is very honest and an excellent dentist. He went to Iowa State for undergraduate and then to Iowa. He is a very nice guy and despite being around 6'9'' (at least) he is a huge Cyclone wrestling fan.

    Poll: Cy a good name for a baby?

    Yeah, my dog was named Cy also. He lived 19 years! I have neighbors who actually named their son Kinnick, so Cy is obviously a much better choice!

    Turner from Des Moines is on an academic scholarship to ISU I believe. I work for Des Moines Public Schools and I think I remember reading that on our district website one day a few months ago.

    Boise State vs ISU recruiting..how does Boise do it?

    I think I heard the announcers say that the head coach was the offensive coordinator for Dan Hawkins for 5 years before being named the head coach. I just can't believe what a great game that was even though I was rooting for the Big 12. For the Boise St. coach to have his team prepared enough...

    I know Mediacom Channel 22 showed replays of the game for a few days. You could check their schedule and see if they are going to show it again and tape it. Just a suggestion, I am not sure if they will replay it again or not.

    Loss to the Hawks but I feel....

    I thought the guys played horrible and I feel horrible. Can you imagine what our games are going to look like against Kansas, OkSt, A&M, or Texas? Yikes! I am glad that I never have to see Haluska again, it seems like he has been around forever!

    Drake Game Crowd

    It bothered me also that the students didn't show. Thanks to the ones that were there but when the upper sections on the ends are completely empty on a Sunday afternoon it is really, really disappointing. When I was in school (88-91) I never missed a game and gave me some of the best memories...
