    Who Here works Nights?

    I work 7 to 7 shifts rotating weekends off. The fan trick really works for me and trying to keep your sleep time consistent. Personally I am able to sleep immediately after work(no children) and sleep 'normal hours' during days off. Agreed three to four thirty a.m. is hardest part! : )
