    Does anyone know why they went with 12 instead of 8 (or even 16)? I'm not a fan of teams getting byes. All it does is give an advantage to the top teams.

    I agree it would be awesome to have him as he is playing very well but this is his 5th year of actually playing. 3 at VCU and 2 at ISU so I think he's done.

    Pav is only a sophomore. Jones is in his 4th year of playing so it appears he might have a covid year to use as his freshman year was 20-21.

    I agree. I've been a little confused as to why they keep going after him. There has to be more to the story than what we're hearing.

    Lipsey is pretty tough. I wouldn't be surprised if they tape up his shoulder and he plays. I trust the coaching staff to be able to correctly assess the situation and make the correct decision.

    My take is that he might be thinking he has a shot at the NFL and wouldn't get the right exposure at Army. I like his size and we could use a good run blocker out on the edge. From the video it's hard to tell if he has elite speed or not since he was wide open but he didn't look slow either.

    Not really. In no way am I comparing myself to Milan or saying I was a great ballplayer but I played in high school and I used to practice a fade away and honestly if you are a shooter like he is it's not that hard of a shot, IMO. It gives you some space from the defender.
