Remember when ISU went 14-0 and then lost 3 in a row and 4 out of 5? I seem to remember that team rebounding and finishing in the sweet 16. Long season, lotta games yet to be played people.- Cyfan322

I Say Keep PR!
Give Rhoads a pass on a losing season for every bowl game he got us to (3). That's all we can really hope for is a bowl season. Not to mention all of the upsets of ranked teams and great speeches he provides. -
Our cyclones didn't give up , so I refuse to give up on them.
I agree wholeheartedly with the OP. This team is fun to watch and they will win some games before this season is over. -

Starters: 1. Bubu 2. SDW 3. Hogue 4. Ejim 5. Niang Bench: 6. Thomas 7. Gibson 8. Morris 9. Bluford Amardi, Okoro, Long, Edozie I think it will be something like I have above. Thomas/Morris could surely evolve into starters much like Niang did but I really think it will start out like that...- Cyfan322

I live an Lawrence and they are definitely paying us some notice. Overheard on Wednesday when I was out watching the game, "Why isn't ISU ranked"? Of course he wasn't aware that we have 10 losses but it was still something to hear.- Cyfan322

Is KU a rival?
If a rivalry takes two to tango then would you consider Iowa our rival in football during the 80s and 90s? -
ISU +14.5 against TCU
TCU has about 40 underclassmen in their two deeps. This is about as salty as our defense has ever been. I think Rhoads lights a fire under the O-Line and we pull out a W somehow. -

Anyone going to Kansas game?
Yup. I live in Lawrence. There isn't much for tailgating. Get there VERY early if you hope to find a spot near the stadium. Downtown bars are under a mile from the stadium. Should be easy to get walk up tix that time of year.
