    Where's Jake Knott?

    Saw AJ and George made NFL rosters, but not Knott. He was my favorite of the 3. Just wondering what happened to if anyone knows.

    Now that Vaughn is no longer in the picture who are we targeting now if anyone? Will we sign another freshman, go after a transfer/JUCO, or save the scholarship for next year?

    Why won't Hoiberg recruit any actual post players? Next years class has visits from a SG and SF and commit from a PG. All 3 would be great! But we already have 4 SG and 2 SF returning. But only 1 Center and 2 PF returning. And only one of the posts has proven himself as a Big 12 caliber...

    Jake Knott last night

    Commentators for the game mentioned Knott last night fot the heads up play on the hands team for the onside kick. He didn't recover the ball but did get it covered up. Always good to hear a former Cyclone mentioned on Monday Night Football!

    Not that it means hes not leaving but I saw him playing intramural volleyball with Ejim and Bubu the other day. He makes Ejim look skinny!

    Who doubts Bubu now?

    He was playing point for Lucious but he never actually ran the point the whole time he was in. Clyburn was the difference in the game. Not that he took over but he hit some shots but mostly seemed like the team rallied behind him and picked up the play with him running the show.

    Does this bother anyone else? It really bothers me...which is a good thing. Saying this team could have been 8-4 isnt an overstatement, but to me it is stretching things and trying for a moral victory. And thats what bothers me. We are finally good enought to make bowl games, knock off...

    Does the LB situation scare anyone else next year?????

    Don't forget we have another guy with the last name of Knott. Wouldn't be impossible for him to get moved to linebacker and follow in his brothers footsteps. He is already on the defensive side of the ball. And we play nickel so much we don't really need 3 linebackers on the field all that much.

    Seriously, are we going to finally ditch this offense next year?

    We don't have a good running attack because no defense respects our passing game. In a spread offense you are trying to create space. If your wrs can't get open and your qb can't get the ball to them when they do then the defense is going to stack the box which is terrible for creating space...

    Thanks Chris. Just thought it was funny Hoiberg didn't mention him in what I was watching last night. I expect him to make an even bigger contribution this season off the bench. I really like McGees energy!

    How big are the Drake and UNI loses now?

    Without these 2 loses we would be 19-4. We would be ranked for sure and probably only 1 or 2 games away from making the tournament. We also would not really have any bad losses on our profile. Texas would be the worst. We still have a chance to make the tourney but had we won these 2 games...

    Wow people

    What game were you watching! We self destructed! We played less than good in the 1st half. Went on a run in the 2nd and actually showed signs of what Id hoped wed look like this year but then as soon as this went against us we completely gave up.
