Speaking of intelligent announcers...with 6 minutes left in the Iowa women's game yesterday, a direct quote... "Clark is getting close to that triple double. She's already got the points, and she's only 1 rebound and 7 assists away." Needless to say, she did not get that triple double.- andybernard

Chevy Holiday Alzheimer's Ad
That's a good one. Unfortunately, we lost my father in law in 2020 from early onset Alzheimer's at age 58. Signs were there at age 50, and he was officially diagnosed at 56. No one could visit him with Covid restrictions and he just absolutely tanked. Such a terrible disease, and shouldn't ever...- andybernard

What players have fundamentally changed a sport?
Trying to come up with one that hasn't been said yet... Marcus Smart changed how defense in CBB is played. He flopped so much, and sadly was often rewarded for it, that it has become a normal part of the game. So much so that they added the flop rule, which they should just call the Marcus...- andybernard
