    I can agree with that they maybe should've shown better, I know I went to 3 or 4 games a year during that period and good tix were fairly easy to get for a good price. But In reality Iowas fan base is probably a bit over inflated compared to what they should be when you compare population...

    I'll go as far and say an Iowa st team that wins the big12 championship at 12-1 would have very very good (like 75%+) odds of being the final 4. Almost any power 5 team would.

    Yeah penn st and 2 B10 wins should put them in contention. if my Hawks beat PSU and win B10 opener it would take a miracle to cross the bubble, but lose to PSU or the opener and its NIT lock.

    Re: Iowa MBB now a projected #1 seed back to the bench question: I think ISU may have a good bench but prohm hasnt shown that he can rely on them, whereas with IOWA Fran has a few different times put 3 or 4 bench players on the floor with a slight lead and they build the lead to double digits...
