So you felt the need to look up her game logs just to make a point on a rival message board?

She has 5 games this season with over 30 shot attempts including one game with 34. Add in free throws and she shot the basketball at the basket over 35 times in each of those games.

Your obsession with defending her is on Keith Murphy levels. Pretty freaking weird for a grown adult (man?)

Inaccurate maybe, but not ‘wildly’. WonderWoman has jacked up as many 34 in a game, and over 30 in five games or so. But the season’s not over. She has in in her to go for 35!

There, I’ve said it…. it’s not that hard. Now can Iowa fans quit their constant lying about what they all know is true about CC?? She flops, she’s a drama queen, she is a constant whiner…. and is not a good defender because she doesn’t get back on defense. These are all blatantly obvious aspects of her game that are on display night after night…. yet NOBODY will admit it, and they make her out to be something she’s not. Why??

Yes,her defense actually cost them the title game,in my opinion.

Kinda like you saying WonderWoman has never shot 35 in a game. Since it was only 34, your retort must be wildly accurate. Sure the 35 average comment was an exaggeration, but the message board inferences that she’s a chucker is not.

CC has attempted the most shots in all of Division 1 women's basketball this season, though. She has attempted 617 shots through 27 games. The next highest is Lucy Olson from Villanova with 531 shots in 26 games. JuJu is 525 shots through 23 games. which is nearly identical shots/game as CC (CC: 22.85; JuJu: 22.83). So while you are correct that CC doesn't shoot 35 times per game, CC is still the NCAA women's leader in total shots.

I never said she wasn't a chucker. I just said she's not anywhere near 35 shots a game. She's absolutely a chucker, there are lots of them.

Really wanted to see what was said about the elbow she threw in the post but way too much crap to go through to get there.

Disagree to a certain point. If someone is taking contested shots, they shouldn't be "chucking" the ball. I don't watch CC play, so I can't say if that is her or not. I just look at the analytics and can see that CC 1) takes the most shots in the ncaa, 2) has the most assists in the ncaa, and 3) leads the ncaa in turnovers

What does that all mean? The ball is usually in her hands. Great players don't need to be ball hogs. That's the style Iowa wants to play. They will live and die by that style. That style doesn't work when CC has an off night, such as last night. That's the main reason I don't think they will advance to the final 4. They are too dependent on one person
