ISU @ Houston/Big Monday

Agreed. Ala Tamin-less ISU @ TCU. Guys step up. I’d rather Washington play at 75%.

Was it TJ’s first year that Tech came to Ames with like 6 players and put up a hell of a fight? Different coach and 2 different teams, but expecting a dog fight.
That was a weird game. Final score something like 47-41. Brookington had a late four point play to help seal it.

Yeah but they were still good and ISU had to basically sandpaper their way to the win.

Two really tough games in a couple of days. At least we play early on Saturday.

Get the W on Saturday, Shower, Ice, Rest, etc.
Sunday get a flight to Houston
Monday, play like road dawgs and beat the cougars.
nice break during the week to come home to beat WVU.
Ranked Top ~5, 10 days from now after beating Texas Tech, @houston, and WVU. 1st place in the Big12 with 4 games left.
just saying.....
I'll allow it

Does it really matter. Everyone has ESPN, ESPN 2', and ESPN U. The CF meltdown would be if it was on (God forbid) ESPN plus.

I've heard some discussion on this on radio and podcasts. Is there any way that ESPN swaps ISU at Houston and KSU at Texas on Monday, February 19th? As of right now, our game is on ESPNU at 6:00 p.m., and KSU at Texas is at 8:00 p.m. on ESPN, with the later game being the official Big Monday game.

It's pretty obvious at this point that our game has a huge impact on the conference race, and the other one is seemingly meaningless.
Chuck - Impressive that you called this so early

Whoee Coach, this is going to be a tough one. Houston's closest home game was UCF by 15 points . . . . BUT they have played lower level teams at home (WVU +34), Texas Tech (+23), UCF (+15), K St (+22), Ok St (+16). They still have Texas, ISU, Cincy and KU at home. All should be tougher than everyone except maybe TT.

I'm not sure "trap games" are as big an issue for this team. When was the last time this team wasn't ready to play?
First half against Baylor coming off the big win against Kansas.
But, Texas tech is also coming off their win against Kansas
