Trying to figure who to go for in KU@TTU tonight. Do we want TTU to prevent KU from picking up the road win, or KU because tech has a relatively easier schedule to the end of the year?

I want Tech to win, add to KU's loss total. I want as much distance between us & KU.

Have to beat Tech this weekend (regardless of result vs. UC) then we'll have another leg up. TT has TCU, UT and Baylor at home, but those aren't easy wins.

Also: Kansas must be destroyed.

I default to rooting for the home team in these toss-up Big 12 matchups.

Tech slightly, plus probably better for ISU to face them coming off a Jayhawk win and perhaps overconfident.
Of course when in doubt more KU losses, always.

The road win part is irrelevant. Just pull for the team with the worse conference record. In this case Texas Tech (6-4) vs. Kansas (7-4). Go Red Raiders!

I am glad we don't have to play at Texas Tech this year. They have the type of team that could cause us problems especially on the road. All these 3s.

I disagree with the road win part as often stealing those is a key to a better conference record by the end of the season

It's not all or nothing, but I get your point. However, I still usually just pull for the team with the worse record. For example, any team that can win @ Houston is GREAT for ISU. In the mean-time, Texas Tech winning tonight works for both of us!

:)
