Much like Chiefs haters coming out of the woodwork.
It's huge for him regardless. He's earned himself some leverage and gaurantee to have the starting spot next year and probably longer. For a guy who was last pick in the draft that's huge. I know we are all conditioned to believe the rug will get pulled out from under Purdy any time now, but objectively there is little reason to believe he won't have as good a year next year. The future looks pretty darn bright for him and any association ISU will have with him.

I don't hate Brock, he played well, and would have been rooting for him playing any team but the Chiefs. Brock will win championships in the future. Just getting tired of people hating on the Chiefs for winning, we sucked for 40 years, so give those of us that are KC fans a break and let us enjoy this run we are on. Purdy has nothing to do with it, it's all about the Chiefs, back-to-back Champions.

Mahomes is awesome but this always annoys me about Chiefs fans…it’s always Mahomes won it. Mahomes was better than the 49ers. Uhh…your defense is incredible and won you the Ravens game and kept them in this one. Give some credit to a really good defense and special teams.

A pretty entertaining game considering the offenses struggled. Sucks that Brock couldn't get the win. Mahomes is a killer in that late game stuff. Both teams had a lot of plays to point to that could have changed the result.

Who in the world on this board would hate Brock Purdy? Maybe some have been Chiefs fans for longer than Brock has been alive and aren't going to switch pro allegiance just because an ISU alum has a certain pro jersey?
Real easy, I said Brock had a good game, this has nothing to do with Purdy, why did you bring him up? You are a hater, I get that, but it had nothing to do with Purdy.
Brady was a game manager, and he was so good at it he is the best quarterback to ever play the game. The idea that managing a game is somehow a negative is so dumb. Mahomes playoff wins this year were mostly good game management on his part in addition to a few dazzling plays. You want to win you have to be a good game manager. That's why Cam Newton is doing a podcast instead of playing while he's still physically plenty capable of being in the league.
