I don’t begrudge Hunter taking the money. He has zero chance of playing in the NBA and maybe not much of a career in Europe. This might be the most money he’ll ever make playing basketball. And the Clones have a far better player in Lipsey. But the paycheck was good.
Go 7-2 down the stretch (24-7, 13-5) and you likely have at worst a share of the Big 12 title and you are flirting with a #1 seed in Omaha. It is attainable. Protect Hilton (TCU, TTech, Oklahoma, WVU and BYU) and find a way to grab two more on the road (Houston, Cincy, UCF, KState). Hilton needs to be electric down the stretch.I have us going 7-2 in 2nd half. Probably at Houston and one other road game (2-2 on the road). Protect Hilton (5-0). Decent shot at closing out with 5 straight wins.
Wait…This team has the most potential of any team since Fizer was around.
Omaha region tickets purchased.
I agree with them. This team gets even a little toasty shooting the ball, they aren't losing.Wait…
Huh!?
I think he may have been more surprised by the author of the comment, than the actual comment.I agree with them. This team gets even a little toasty shooting the ball, they aren't losing.
Hey hey hey easy. One man’s erection is another man’s inverted penisinverted penis
Me too, thanks to a friend!I pirated the **** out of that game. Horns down.
Kudos to John and Eric! It isn't said often enough, 'bout what a good job they do.I’m gonna say that I’ll miss the obligatory Texas game on LHN every year. As a loyal clone that now lives out of state and grew up on Pete Taylor, tonight was the perfect opportunity to plug in and listen to a couple awesome guys call a great Cyclone win.
These days it’s too easy for folks like me to tune into a tv broadcast and tune out our fandom. Great call by the guys tonight and a great win.
On the road! That was huge.Getting a split @ Baylor and @ Texas?
I honestly don't know many teams in the Country that wouldn't sign up for that.
7-2 is great, but not a one seed. There are 2 guaranteed 1 seeds (Purdue, UConn) and a likely third in UNC. That leaves 1. 7-2 would leave us with 7 losses. That would be the 2nd most of any 1 seed in history (2017 Duke had 8, and Illinois, MSU, and Virginia had 7. Those are all blue bloods who get name recognition. I think a 2 seed would be attainable with that. However, I'm guessing we lose 3-4 on road, with a win at either Cinnci or UCF.Go 7-2 down the stretch (24-7, 13-5) and you likely have at worst a share of the Big 12 title and you are flirting with a #1 seed in Omaha. It is attainable. Protect Hilton (TCU, TTech, Oklahoma, WVU and BYU) and find a way to grab two more on the road (Houston, Cincy, UCF, KState). Hilton needs to be electric down the stretch.
Game is up. Thanks for the tip, @MushroomPinballMost likely. Look up users Thomas Orness and The Draftmatic. Draftmatic will probably be up first.
I don't know, schedule looks pretty tough. I even think UCF is going to be a problem.I’m now willing to entertain a conversation about a league title. Kansas probably killed their chance last night. That game @UH is the only one left on the schedule I’m thinking we wouldn’t be favored in. We have a legit shot at it.
